Product Overview
The Kapwell Condensers Heat Exchangers are constructed with correctly sized and selected diameter tubing to provide heavy wall construction and ease of service from generally accessible tube cleaning equipment.
The condenser has a steel shell and tube sheet, and it is outfitted with robust cast bonnets. The tube sheet is welded to the shell at multiple points. Cast end bonnets are then attached to the tube sheet using bolts.
Safe Design
Design is the safest way to update values. This is due to highest specification.
High Operating Efficiency
Shell side baffles enabled a high level of operational efficiency while also allowing for manageable reductions in fluid pressure.
The Next Generation of Heat Exchangers
A highly experienced team of mechanical, process, and thermal design experts collaborated to optimise each and every aspect of Heat Exchangers designs for the next generation design.

Applications

Power Plants
Condensers are used in power plants, both thermal and nuclear, to condense steam from the turbine exhaust back into water for reuse in the power generation process. They transfer heat from the steam to cooling water, typically in a separate circuit, which is then discharged to a cooling tower or other cooling medium.

HVAC Systems
Condensers are used in air conditioning and refrigeration systems to remove heat from the refrigerant gas and convert it into a liquid state. They act as heat exchangers by transferring heat from the hot refrigerant gas to the surrounding air or water, thereby cooling the refrigerant and allowing it to condense

Process Industries
Condensers are used in various process industries such as chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical, where heat needs to be removed from process fluids. They are used to cool down hot gases, vapors, or liquids by transferring heat to a cooling medium, typically air or water.

Refrigeration and Freezing Systems
Condensers are used in refrigeration and freezing systems to remove heat from the refrigerant and allow it to condense. They transfer heat from the refrigerant to the surrounding air or water, thereby cooling the refrigerant and allowing it to liquefy

Automotive Radiators
Condensers are used in automotive radiators as heat exchangers to transfer heat from the hot engine coolant to the surrounding air. They help in cooling the engine coolant, which is then recirculated back to the engine for maintaining optimal operating temperatures.
