Product Overview
The Kapwell H2S Scrubber is the most effective and efficient meets the stringent requirement.
Kapwell supply customised CE marked ATEX Zone 1 certified vacuum degasser to suit the client requirements. All our components are NACE certified and manufactured to the highest quality.
Our Scrubbers are designed to achieve an effective gas-liquid separation and ensure a smooth transition of vapour outlet. In the feedwater tank, the degassed water is collected. The gases can also be evacuated with the generated water vapour using a vacuum pump.
Our H2S Scrubber consist of ASME certified degasser vessel and control cabinet.

Applications
Oil and Gas Industry
H2S is a common gas encountered in oil and gas production, refining, and processing operations. H2S wet scrubbers are used in the oil and gas industry to remove hydrogen sulfide from gas streams, such as natural gas, biogas, landfill gas, and sour gas, to meet safety and environmental regulations. H2S is a toxic and corrosive gas that can pose health and safety risks to workers, and it is also a contributor to air pollution and odors. H2S wet scrubbers are used to capture and remove H2S from gas streams before they are released into the atmosphere or further processed.
Biogas and Landfill Gas
Biogas and landfill gas, which are generated from the decomposition of organic waste in anaerobic conditions, can contain significant amounts of hydrogen sulfide. H2S wet scrubbers are used in biogas and landfill gas recovery systems to remove H2S from the gas stream before it is used for energy production or released into the atmosphere. H2S can cause equipment corrosion, foul odors, and emissions of sulfur compounds, and H2S wet scrubbers are used to remove H2S and prevent these issues.
Waste Water Treatment
H2S wet scrubbers are used in wastewater treatment plants to remove hydrogen sulfide gas that is generated during the treatment of sewage or other organic waste. H2S is a byproduct of the anaerobic decomposition of organic matter in wastewater, and it can cause odor nuisances, corrosion of equipment and infrastructure, and health risks to workers. H2S wet scrubbers are used to capture and neutralize H2S from off-gas streams generated during wastewater treatment processes, helping to reduce odors and protect the environment and worker health.
Industrial Processes
H2S wet scrubbers are used in various industrial processes where hydrogen sulfide is generated as a byproduct or as an undesirable component of the gas stream. Examples include pulp and paper mills, chemical manufacturing, food processing, and other industrial operations that may generate H2S emissions. H2S wet scrubbers are used to capture and remove H2S from gas streams to meet environmental regulations, protect worker health, and prevent corrosion of equipment and infrastructure.
Renewable Energy
H2S wet scrubbers are also used in renewable energy applications, such as biogas production from organic waste or landfill gas, where hydrogen sulfide may be present in the gas stream. H2S wet scrubbers are used to remove H2S from the biogas or landfill gas before it is used for energy production, helping to ensure the quality of the biogas and protect downstream equipment, such as engines or turbines, from corrosion.
