Product Overview

When it is important to remove liquid particles from the gas stream before continuing with further processing, our gas scrubbers remove them in an efficient and cost-effective manner thanks to our professional design and sophisticated technology.

Gas scrubbers are not intended to be used in place of production separators, despite the fact that they come in two- and three-phase variations and can be purchased separately. However, wells that produce extremely light oils or condensates may benefit from utilising a gas scrubber rather than a standard separator. This is because a gas scrubber is designed to remove impurities from the gas being separated.

Our three-phase gas scrubbers are capable of removing solids in addition to liquids from the gas stream. This mitigates the effects of minute particles such as iron sulphide and other impurities that, if not removed, can wreak havoc on pipelines and equipment over time.

We are able to tailor both the horizontal and vertical configurations of our gas scrubbers to meet your requirements. Permit our professional team of fabrication specialists to provide end-to-end delivery of your gas scrubber within the shortest feasible lead times for streamlined project execution and rapid start-up. This includes engineering, design, fabrication and testing, delivery and installation.

Applications

Industrial Manufacturing

Industrial Manufacturing

Gas scrubbers are used in industrial manufacturing processes to remove pollutants, such as particulate matter, acidic gases, toxic gases, and odor-causing compounds, from gas streams. These pollutants may be generated during combustion processes, chemical reactions, or other manufacturing operations. Gas scrubbers are used to capture and remove these pollutants from the gas stream, helping to meet environmental regulations and protect the air quality.

Power Generation

Power Generation

Gas scrubbers are used in power generation facilities, including coal-fired power plants, natural gas power plants, and biomass power plants, to remove pollutants, such as sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx), and particulate matter, from flue gas emissions. Gas scrubbers are used to reduce the emissions of these pollutants, which are known to contribute to air pollution and have adverse environmental and health impacts.

Oil and Gas Industry

Oil and Gas Processing

Gas scrubbers are used in oil and gas processing facilities, such as gas processing plants, refineries, and petrochemical plants, to remove contaminants from natural gas, refinery gases, and other gas streams. Contaminants may include acid gases, such as hydrogen sulfide (H2S), carbon dioxide (CO2), and other impurities that need to be removed to meet product specifications, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.

Petrochemical Processing

Chemical Processing

Gas scrubbers are used in chemical processing plants to remove contaminants, such as acidic gases, toxic gases, and particulate matter, from process gas streams. Chemical reactions may generate pollutants that need to be removed to meet product quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

3d rendering robotic arms with silicon wafers for semiconductor manufacturing

Semiconductor Manufacturing

Gas scrubbers are used in semiconductor manufacturing processes to remove hazardous gases, such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), acid gases, and other contaminants from process gas streams. Clean air is critical in semiconductor manufacturing to ensure the quality and reliability of electronic components.

Waste Incineration

Waste Incineration

Gas scrubbers are used in waste incineration facilities to remove pollutants, such as acidic gases, toxic gases, and particulate matter, from flue gas emissions. These pollutants are generated during the combustion of waste materials and need to be removed to comply with environmental regulations and protect air quality.
