Project Co-ordinator

Kapwell Ltd, a dynamic and growing multi-sector company (including Oil & Gas), is seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. If you are passionate about project management, detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills, this role could be a perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, clients, and vendors, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status and results.
• Identify and address project-related issues, risks, and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is a must.
