Product Overview
Custom-designed Kapwell H2S Scrubbers collect foul-smelling Hydrogen Sulfide gas emitted by hydrocarbon processing plants, production plants, and municipal waste treatment facilities, among other places. If users don’t utilise a hydrogen sulphide (H2S) scavenger, end up with unsafe working conditions, lower productivity, and a poisonous environment for those who live near manufacturing plants.
A cost-effective and practical H2S scrubber system can be built based on the process outflow, the amount of H2S to be treated, and other factors.
Applications
Oil and Gas Industry
H2S is a common gas encountered in oil and gas production, refining, and processing operations. H2S dry scrubbers are used in the oil and gas industry to remove hydrogen sulfide from gas streams, such as natural gas, biogas, landfill gas, and sour gas, to meet safety and environmental regulations. H2S is a toxic and corrosive gas that can pose health and safety risks to workers, and it is also a contributor to air pollution and odors. H2S dry scrubbers are used to capture and remove H2S from gas streams before they are released into the atmosphere or further processed.
Biogas and Landfill Gas
Biogas and landfill gas, which are generated from the decomposition of organic waste in anaerobic conditions, can contain significant amounts of hydrogen sulfide. H2S dry scrubbers are used in biogas and landfill gas recovery systems to remove H2S from the gas stream before it is used for energy production or released into the atmosphere.
