Product Overview
The Kapwell CO2 Degasser is the most effective and efficient meets the stringent requirement.
Kapwell supply customised CE marked ATEX Zone 1 certified vacuum degasser to suit the client requirements. All our components are NACE certified and manufactured to the highest quality.
Our degassers are designed to achieve an effective gas-liquid separation and ensure a smooth transition of vapour outlet. In the feedwater tank, the degassed water is collected. The gases can also be evacuated with the generated water vapour using a vacuum pump.
Our Vacuum degassers consist of ASME certified degasser vessel and control cabinet.

Safe Design
Design is the safest way to update values. This is due to highest specification.
High Operating Efficiency
Shell side baffles enabled a high level of operational efficiency while also allowing for manageable reductions in fluid pressure.
The Next Generation of Degassers
A highly experienced team of mechanical, process, and thermal design experts collaborated to optimise each and every aspect of Degassers designs for the next generation design.
Applications
Aquaculture
In aquaculture, CO2 degassers are used to remove excess carbon dioxide from the water in fish tanks and ponds. This helps to maintain the oxygen levels and reduce stress on the fish, thereby improving their growth and survival rates.
Industrial processes
CO2 degassers are used in various industrial processes where carbon dioxide removal is necessary. For example, in the chemical industry, CO2 degassers are used to remove carbon dioxide from reaction mixtures to prevent undesirable side reactions and improve the purity of the final product.
Water Treatment
CO2 degassers are often used in water treatment plants to remove excess CO2 from drinking water. This can help to reduce the acidity of the water and improve its taste and clarity.
Beverage production
CO2 is often added to carbonated beverages to give them their fizz. However, excess CO2 can cause problems during the production process and affect the taste and quality of the final product. CO2 degassers can help to regulate CO2 levels during beverage production, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
Laboratory applications
CO2 degassers are also commonly used in laboratory applications, such as chromatography and other analytical techniques. By removing excess CO2 from solvents and other liquids, CO2 degassers can help to improve the accuracy and reproducibility of laboratory results.
Medical Industry
CO2 is used in medical applications such as anesthesia and respiratory therapy. CO2 degassers can be used to remove CO2 from the breathing circuit or other medical equipment to ensure that the proper concentration of CO2 is maintained.
