Product Overview
The Liquid Seal Monitoring System is an instrumentation system that mitigates the risk of liquid seal loss during well control operations. The unit has been built to ATEX Zone 1 specification and is capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 50 °C, and includes the following components as standard. Our sack cutting system meets NORSOK, HSE, and CE requirements, and the equipment is certified to Zone 1 ATEX standards.
The Liquid Seal Monitoring System includes:
- Pressure and temperature sensor/transmitter kit for installation on the MGS
- PLC enclosure (mounted separately)
- Liquid seal display panel with alarms and differential pressure readouts
The Liquid Seal Monitoring System is designed to operate in ambient temperatures from -10 °C to 50 °C.
