Product Overview

The Liquid Seal Monitoring System is an instrumentation system that mitigates the risk of liquid seal loss during well control operations. The unit is built to ATEX Zone 1 specification and operates in temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 50 °C. It includes the following components as standard.

Our sack cutting system meets NORSOK, HSE and CE requirements. This equipment is certified to Zone 1 ATEX standards.

The Liquid Seal Monitoring System includes:

  • Pressure and temperature sensor/transmitter kit to be installed on the MGS
  • PLC enclosure (mounted separately)
  • Liquid seal display panel with alarms and pressure differential readouts

The Liquid Seal Monitoring System is designed for a temperature range of -10 °C to 50 °C.
