Product Overview
Custom-designed Kapwell Hydrogen Scrubber collect foul-smelling Hydrogen gas emitted by hydrocarbon processing plants, production plants, and municipal waste treatment facilities, among other places. If users don’t utilise a hydrogen scavenger, end up with unsafe working conditions, lower productivity, and a poisonous environment for those who live near manufacturing plants.
A cost-effective and practical Hydrogen Scrubber system can be built based on the process outflow, the amount of Hydrogen to be treated, and other factors.

Applications
Pulp and Paper Industry
Hydrogen sulfide is a byproduct of various processes in the pulp and paper industry. Hydrogen Scrubbers are utilized to remove hydrogen sulfide from process gases to prevent air pollution and to protect equipment from corrosion.
Power Generation
In power plants that burn sulfur-containing fuels like coal or oil, hydrogen sulfide may be present in flue gases. Hydrogen Scrubbers can be used to remove H2S from flue gases to comply with emissions regulations and to prevent corrosion in downstream equipment.
Oil and Gas Processing
Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is a common byproduct in oil and natural gas production. It is highly toxic and corrosive. Hydrogen scrubbers are used to remove H2S from natural gas streams to meet safety and environmental regulations.
Chemical Processing
Hydrogen sulfide is used in various chemical processes, and its removal is necessary to ensure product quality and worker safety. Hydrogen Scrubbers are used to remove H2S from process streams in chemical manufacturing facilities.
Wastewater Treatment Plants
Hydrogen sulfide can be generated during the decomposition of organic matter in wastewater treatment facilities. Hydrogen Scrubbers are used to eliminate hydrogen sulfide emissions from the treatment process to reduce odor nuisances and to protect infrastructure from corrosion.
Biogas Production
Hydrogen sulfide is produced during the anaerobic digestion of organic materials in biogas production facilities. Hydrogen Scrubbers are employed to remove hydrogen sulfide from biogas before it can be used as a renewable energy source.
